- The warranty application at www.estallion.de/service-formular was completed correctly.
- The serial number of the vehicle can be assigned to the submitted invoice document.
- After thorough examination, the cause of the malfunction due to improper use is to be excluded.
If we find that the warranty does not apply, we charge you a flat rate of 30 € for the problem search + the cost of the return shipping with our shipping partner. In addition, we will provide you with an offer for the repairs and spare parts to be carried out. For heavily polluted vehicles we charge a fee of 15 € for cleaning.
