CANCELLATION POLICY

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is two weeks from the date you or a nominated third party other than the carrier take possession of the goods.

You have to inform us (CHEVROM GmbH, Herzogstrasse 2, 40217 Düsseldorf, storno@estallion.de, phone: +49 (0)211-911 95 412) by means of a clear declaration why you withdraw from the contract to exercise your right of cancellation (e.g. via letter sent by post, telefax or email). Therefore, you can use the attached withdrawal sample form which is, however, not required.

In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is enough to send the notification about the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF THE CANCELLATION 

If you withdraw from this contract, we must pay back all payments including delivery costs immediately and no later than 14 days of that date we received the notification of contract’s withdrawal (with the exception of additional costs that result in your choice of another delivery method that deviates from our cheap standard delivery).

For the repayment, we use the same payment method that you chose for the initial transaction unless we explicitly agreed on a different method. In no event, we charge you extra fees because of this repayment. We can refuse repayments until we get back our product or until you provide evidence that you sent back the products, depending on the earlier date.

You have to send back or personally hand the products back in within 14 days of the cancellation.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the products before the expiry of the deadline (14 days). You bear the costs of the products’ return that can be sent by post. You bear direct costs of the products’ return that cannot be dispatched by post because of their structure.

– these costs amount to 70-80 EUR.

You only have to pay the costs of possible losses of the products if the loss in value cannot be attributed to you after checking the products’ state, qualities and functionalities.
